This letter is to recognize KM Facility Services for repairing our cooling tower that had reached its expected life span. The cooling tower was rusted and leaking to the point of destroying the roof membrane. The option to replace the cooling tower was a pricey fix however, there was no capital available. The V570 and Pancrete that your team applied fixed the problem and extended the life of the tower. The structural integrity of the tower was also increased du to the newly fabricated sheet metal that was installed and coated with the V570.
