This letter is to recommend the services of K.M. Facility Services and their application of
the V570 and Pancrete products.

K.M. Facility Services came out at night, washed our coils and cleaned the condensate
pan for our General Surgery rooms.

They installed the V570 the first night and came back a second night to install a 1,4 inch
layer of Pancrete.

The air handling system was only down for four hours each night, and the work was
scheduled such that downtime was minimized for the surgery department.

This process saved us thousands of dollars by not affecting surgery schedules when long
shutdowns are required.
